We are primarily into offshore development. However, some projects do have onsite requirements for varied durations. Postings outside India are based purely on business requirements.

The hiring process for candidates with experience is as follows:
Two Technical rounds of interview
Client interview (if required)
The candidate needs to be Engineering Graduate or equivalent to be a Software professional at Prarzoo. We also give preference to candidates who have undergone Post Graduation Diploma courses such as CDAC or equivalent. In order to be considered for QA, Engineering and Support functions, the candidate must have obtained 60% in Secondary, Higher Secondary (or it’s equivalent) and Graduation level
